Studio Workshop: Late-summer flowers
Description
Before winter arrives with its muted color palette, nature lets the September blooms shine one last time! Sunflowers, autumn anemones, and dahlias serve as our source of inspiration. We’ll explore their unique characteristics—before letting go. We’ll approach watercolor painting with freedom and playfulness—learning how to make water our ally. The goal is to gain technical confidence through exercises and to strengthen our creative approach. Detailed representation is not the goal here; rather, it is about developing one’s own style, about mood and tension. And we will learn that, despite all preconceptions, there are indeed possibilities for correction in watercolor painting.
The small group of up to six participants allows for intensive painting and learning. Topics such as composition, contrasts, and other fundamentals will be discussed and practiced. The course is suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
The course fee is 220 EUR.
